The Shame.co brand is a business operating in the clothing sector located in Yogyakarta, this brand does not yet have its own e-commerce website for carrying out transactions. For this reason, I created a website design for the buying and selling process. This design includes a customer UI display for selecting products and making transactions, as well as an admin UI display for managing products. The final result of this display is a prototype that is tested on potential users.

Without a solid online platform, Brand Shame.co may lose potential customers from outside Yogyakarta who cannot access their products easily. Apart from that, in this digital era, online presence is one of the main keys to strengthening brand awareness and building long-term relationships with customers. Therefore, it is important for Shame.co to immediately overcome this problem so that it can exploit all the existing market potential.

The interview method is an effective approach to obtain in-depth information regarding the problems and needs experienced by stakeholders. By using this method, you can explore thoughts and experiences directly from business owners, customers or other related parties. This allows for richer, more contextual data to be obtained that is not always revealed through surveys or cursory observations. In this case, I conducted interviews with the owner and prospective customers to get the problems and needs that will be used in designing the interface design.

Create website interfaces for admin and customers; In the admin interface, there are features for managing products, including adding new products, updating existing products, providing discounts on products, and deleting products. Meanwhile, in the customer interface, the main features include product categories, size guides, customer reviews, product discounts, new products, payment options, purchase history, and the opportunity to add product reviews.
