The Legal Department has a website which in our opinion is still not perfect and less informative in terms of the completeness of the data conveyed to users and also has a simple UI design to fulfill one of JDIH's visions as a service center with strong competitiveness for community empowerment.

After learning about this problem, we and the head of the legal information documentation section planned to overhaul the website. With this website, employees can easily access legal products digitally without checking every file and also provide legal consultation services for the public.

Data collection here is an effort to obtain information and facts that are truly real and can be accounted for. The data that the author took includes legal product data, employee data and other data that needs to be displayed on the website. The data collection method used is:
• Interviews, we held direct questions and answers with employees at JIDH Yogyakarta City Government.
• Observation, we directly observed the website-based service system currently running at the Yogyakarta City Government JDIH.
• Compare, compare the JDIH Yogyakarta City Government website with other websites which we think are more modern.

After making the wireframe, the next step is making it high fidelity and presenting it to the head of the company to explain the results of the design that has been made. The following is the final design after going through several revision stages aimed at ensuring it meets the desired needs and expectations. (there is a view of the website before it was changed)
